The Lauan Mentoring Program (LaMP)
Every person owes in a special way his own success to a mentor. There can be no Alexander without an Aristotle, no Aristotle without a Plato and no Plato without a Socrates. Each one of us needs a mentor who will train us professionally, teach us skills, inspire us and form us.
The Lauan Mentoring Program (LaMP)
Now on its 2nd year, the program offers three types of mentoring services: an academic mentoring, a performance coaching, and a professional mentoring. Our academic mentors are dedicated staff members of Lauan who have years of experience in the mentoring profession. Our performance coaches are respected practitioners who have solid experience in public speaking, relationship management and resume building. Our pool of professional mentors comes from various fields such as finance, entrepreneurship, business development, consultancy, and S&T. Many of them hold important positions in the companies they work for.
Target Applicants
LaMP is a mentoring program for 35 student leaders from any year level of the Ateneo de Manila University and the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
