The Farm Camp is an awarded outreach program organized by Lauan University Center, in which student volunteers from different universities in the Philippines spend their summer to improve the physical facilities of the farm schools and upgrade the Math and English skills of 3rd year and 4th year farm school students. Our objective here is two-fold: to help the farm school and to teach university students hard work, teamwork, and effective concern for the underprivileged.



The farm schools were established as a dual-education system, where the students learn proper farming techniques and business ideas in addition to the regular high school curriculum. The students come from very low income families and they stay in the school for 3 days attending classes, and the rest of the week with their family applying the techniques.
